1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Krit Academy", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Krit Academy, operating from 89 Sukhumvit Soi 21, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Course" — refers to any programme offered by Krit Academy, including the Machine Learning Foundations course, the Deep Learning & Neural Networks Programme, and the Applied AI Engineering Track.
• "Student" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, enrols in, or uses our courses or website.
• "Content" — refers to all written lessons, exercises, project briefs, feedback, and materials made available through our course platform.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of Services

Krit Academy provides self-paced online courses in AI development delivered in English. Our current programmes are:

• Machine Learning Foundations — a structured introduction to ML concepts and Python-based exercises (฿2,500)
• Deep Learning & Neural Networks Programme — intermediate-level programme including paper implementation work (฿5,400)
• Applied AI Engineering Track — advanced project-based track with instructor feedback (฿7,900)

Courses are accessible online. Access is not limited by geography, though course material is in English. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a course with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

4. Student Accounts

Access to course material requires a student account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Account access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Please notify us at [email protected] promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

5. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Access course material only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or publish course content without express written permission
• Submit your own original work for exercises and projects
• Treat support staff and, where applicable, other learners, with respect
• Not attempt to circumvent access controls or disrupt the course platform

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including written lessons, exercise briefs, project frameworks, and feedback, is the intellectual property of Krit Academy or its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning during the period of your enrolment. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content. Any project work you submit remains your own intellectual property, though you grant Krit Academy a limited licence to review and provide feedback on it.

7. Payment and Fees

Course fees are denominated in Thai Baht (THB). Prices are as stated at the time of enrolment. Payment is due in full at enrolment. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of gaining access. We review refund requests individually and aim to respond within 5 business days. Refunds are not available after 7 days of access or after substantial course content has been accessed.

8. Course Access and Enrolment Terms

• Access to course material begins upon confirmation of payment.
• There are no fixed completion deadlines. You may progress at your own pace.
• Course access is provided for a period of 24 months from the date of enrolment. We will notify enrolled students in advance of any access expiry or material changes.
• Krit Academy does not issue formal academic credentials, certificates, or diplomas. Courses are designed for professional development and learning purposes.
• Prerequisites stated for each course are your responsibility to assess. We are not able to provide refunds on the basis of insufficient background knowledge where prerequisites were clearly stated.

9. Disclaimers

Course materials are provided for educational purposes. Krit Academy does not represent that completing a course will result in employment, career advancement, or any specific professional outcome. Content is provided in good faith and believed to be accurate, but the AI field changes rapidly and some material may become outdated. We update content periodically but cannot warrant that all information is current at any given time.

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted under Thai law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Krit Academy's liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the use of our courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or data, arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Krit Academy and its instructors harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of course content, or any content you submit to the platform that infringes third-party rights.

12. Termination

Krit Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, particularly in relation to unauthorised sharing of course content or disruptive behaviour. On termination for breach, no refund will be issued. You may discontinue use of the course at any time; this does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the 7-day window described above.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Thai consumer protection laws apply where relevant to individual learners.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krit Academy.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of your course after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
